Hours are : Mon-Fri 10:00am-7:00pm/Sat11:00am-3:00pm Anytime before or after hours will require an extra $25 squeeze in fee on top of your service. A $25 NON refundable deposit is required after booking your appointment. The deposit does go towards your remaining balance. Please do not come up before your appointment time. •If you wear contacts, please remove them before you come to your appointment**** contacts should not be worn at all during this process. •Please do NOT come rushed or in a time crunch. •Please come to your appointment with CLEAN lashes,no make up,no oily products around your eyes/ on lashes. •If you come to your appointment with dirty lashes you will be charged an extra $10 for a lash bath on top of your service. • * face mask only required if you want to wear one * If you experience any fall outs or something unusual 24hrs-48hrs within your scheduled appointment, PLEASE TEXT ME ASAP & let me know. I will fix it for FREE of cost, you must come within the 48hrs. Anything after 48hrs will require a touch up fee**** Example : This means if your appointment was on Friday @ 2:00pm , you need to text me before Sunday @ 2:00pm. Booking for a fill in means you have 50% left of lash extensions left per both eyes. Anything less then 50% means it automatically becomes a FULL SET. Fill ins should be booked for every 2-3 weeks depending on your lash retention. Anything after 3 weeks will result in a new set due to out grown lashes. Grace period time: If you arrive 10-15mins late, I will not cancel your appointment. I will do your full set/fill in but please keep in mind that every appointment is limited due to clients after you. This means I'll only be able to lash you within your time frame. Please do not blame me if your set doesn't come out exactly how you wanted since we are running off the appointment you scheduled. Ex: your appointment time frame is 10:00am-12:00pm and you arrive at 10:20am, Iwill not cancel your appointment but I can only lash you until 12:00pm. You must pay 100% of service. Any rescheduled appointments within 48 of scheduled appointment will require a NEW $25 non refundable deposit. Any cancellations made within 48hrs of your appointment will require 100% of your service. My time is just as important as yours . No shows no call will require 100% of your service. You may not book again until owed funds are met. NO kids . NO extra guest allowed ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Booking your appointment with me means you have read my entire policy and you respect, accept & agree to ALL my terms. If you didn’t read my entire policy before booking, you are 100% responsible for that & I will have nothing to do with it.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that stuff happens & both of our times are very important & valuable. Please understand that you will be charged with a 100% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. For any no-shows no-calls , you will be charged with 100% full price of your service. You will not be allowed to book with me again until the amount due is paid.
